Elaine Berkeley
Elaine has more than 18 years of litigation experience with Griffith & Griffith, PC practicing Family, Guardianship, and Probate and Estate law in Houston, Angelina, Anderson, Trinity, Rusk, Nacogdoches, Montgomery, and Harris Counties. She has assisted hundreds of clients in divorces, property and custody matters, child support and custody modifications, child support and custody enforcement actions, adoptions, guardiandships, probates, heirships, and numerous matters involving estate litigation. Elaine earned her law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in English and Mass Communication from Boston College.

Elaine also serves as Of Counsel to Hopkins, Centrich, Winkelman, and Drucker, PLLC, located in The Woodlands, Texas where she practices family and probate litigation on a contract basis.
